Ayimna and Razelé are walking to raise funds for women's education in Malawi. The last few months have been difficult for everyone, but have placed special burdens on voluntary organizations. The needs of women to access education and employment didn’t go away in lockdown, and charities like the SOKO FUND that rely on fundraising events have been especially hard hit. Our scholarship holders are talented women students in one of the world’s poorest countries, and they still depend on the support of the SOKO FUND.
Ayimna (11) and Razelé (8) are walking 6 miles (or 2 peaks of the pentlands) as part of the virtual kiltwalk.
Please help them help women in Malawi by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about The Kiltwalk, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
